After 8 years of experience in the world of
kitchen appliances, we founded our own kitchen appliance brand, KOSTCH, in June
2022. During our years in this industry, we noticed a troubling trend: many
brands seemed to lose sight of the importance of customer experience once they had
sold their appliances. Some even neglected customer service altogether. When
consumers encountered issues, they often found it difficult to reach the brand,
or they had to endure months of waiting before they could use their appliances
again. This was a truly frustrating experience.
